Breakfast
Breakfast: 6 oz of lowfat greek pineapple yogurt.
Workout: 30 minutes of elliptical and 50 or so crunches and some of those leg lifts.
Weight: 319
Lunch: 1/4 dark meat rotisserie chicken, no skin. Black beans and callaloo. loseit.com says that’s about 300-350 calories.
Breakfast: 6 oz of 2% greek yogurt - blood orange flavor.
Workout: 35 minutes of elliptical @ 128. 60 crunches and 4 30 second “6-inch” leg lifts.
Weight: 320
Lunch: Moe’s Chicken Burrito. No cheese, sour cream, etc. Just meat and veggies. Some chips.
Breakfast: Lowfat yogurt.
Dinner: Homemade hamburgers and roasted potatoes.
